SANUM registration Fees

Registration fee covers conference attendance, tea/coffee (Weds-Fri), lunch (Thurs-Fri), welcome reception, and the conference dinner (Thurs).

*To be eligible for reduced registration, students may be asked to provide proof of their student status from their institution.

Julia/SciML workshop registration fees

Registration fee covers workshop attendance, lunch/tea/coffee (Tues-Weds).

Student/early-career travel funding

The conference organisers have limited travel support available for students and early-career researchers* **.

• Up to R5000 is available for 10 attendees to cover travel and accommodation expense, plus the cost of registration.
• The recipient must attend the congress in-person and present either a poster or a presentation.
• Funding will be awarded on a first-come first-served based and expenses will be reimbursed after the conference.
• Please complete this form in order to apply for this funding. Proof of eligibility may be required.
